Today we have Pink Trout that is grilled and blackened served with a creamy caper sauce on a bed of freshly steamed wild rice and broccoli.
We also have Chicken Penne Pasta tossed with feta cheese crumbles, grilled mushrooms, red onions and Mediterranean olives.
